Silo transports
Even in times of standardised transport containers, it is advisable to transport certain goods or materials as loose bulk goods, as this represents the most economical form of shipment, at least from their production to further processing.
Silo transportation is employed for sensitive commodities or substances with specific properties. Our company is the market leader in our region for the agricultural sector alone, with about 70 vehicles of this kind at work.
Agricultural areas are referred to as agricultural regions in which crops are cultivated and harvested to be then transported both as raw materials and in their refined state through silo transporters.

Another big segment in our silo area is the transport of chemical goods in our 60 m³ silo trucks, ranging from high-purity plastics such as PE (polyethylene), PP (polypropylene), PVC (polyvinyl chloride), regranulate to mineral products for the chemicals and building industry. Many of our customers including trading companies in the field of chemical products appreciate our longstanding experience for value-added services such as silage, repackaging or neutralisation of goods.

Central Europe is heavily industrialised, but at the same time there are large agro-economic arable areas. This combination enables eco-friendly transport over short distances from the field to the mill to the factories for the manufacture of end products. It is for this reason that we are on the go throughout Europe, in the core countries such as Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Benelux and France.
Of course, our silo transports are carried out by specially trained operators. Every driver has a valid ADR certificate authorising the transport of dangerous goods in accordance with the GGVS (German Dangerous Road Haulage Ordinance).
Additionally to the food and animal feed industries, well-known customers from the raw materials and plastics industry are also our clients. We are able to transport PVC and various plastic granulates thanks to our modern equipment.
