Quality control
Long before the ISO 9001 ff certification was introduced, much emphasis was placed on the quality and composition of goods, especially in Germany, because high quality is important for the final product. Today quality controls are an important part of certification of different companies, in order to trace goods and products. Control and documentation take place in every processing company, starting from the production of raw material to refining and finally trading. As a freight forwarder, we transport your goods and products between you as a producing, processing or retail company. Then why not let us do the quality control?

Every product or goods has specific characteristics whose quality represents a factor for further processing or for sale. These include:
- The age of the product
- The purity of the product
- Colour, volume or density of the product
- Packaging of the product
These features can be subject to change through production or transport to such an extent that the contractual agreements between seller and buyer are no longer valid.
Our quality control
Thanks to our quality controls in accordance with your instructions, we can make sure that you know what you are getting even before the goods arrive at your company.
Our services include both samplings as well as checking every single batch on receipt. Collective samples may also be taken if the charging of goods does not play a role for further processing.
Furthermore, the samples are sent to independent or customer laboratories, depending on instructions. We also work with relevant authorities like the Office for Consumer Protection and Food Safety of Lower-Saxony (LAVES) where necessary.
In our warehousing infrastructure there is, of course, a quarantine store that prevents the removal or the transit of goods being checked or even blocked.
We also do general quality controls of each incoming good that shows obvious defects, such as damage or contamination.
